I get mad at myself when I back out of an invitation, etc., but I get such a feeling of relief when I realize I don't have to go wherever I had planned on. I don't even like to go to the grocery store. I wonder how bad it would be if I weren't taking medication for anxiety? I don't think I want to find out.
