This winter seems long. Longer than
most. I would imagine it has a lot to
do with the amount of snow we have
gotten. And all of the shoveling with
the snow blowing.
As each day adds up, and the
morning is grey with snow coming
down rapidly, and then the afternoon
the same. Well, it gets harder to be
cheerful.
Not necessarily cabin fever. But
the day after day of shoveling, and
more snow, it starts to wear.
So on Saturday night, we headed
to the Angels over Sandpoint Follies.
They have put it on for 6 years. This
was my first. The King had told
some of the gals he would help out.
I will tell you when the 3 of us left
the theater, we were still laughing.
The satire of Sandpoint was so
funny, it was hilarious. We felt
light (no, we didn't drink the beer
or wine) from the show. Our
spirits were lifted with laughter.
Yes, laughter is the best medicine.
