TO PROTEST OR NOT TO PROTEST…

We are on over load of protests… and finally have a difference of what is  protesting and what is looting and a better know domestic terrorist.

Terrorist, come in all kinds of form.. We all know about the ones over seas.

But we have had our fair share here in the USA… And believe it or not.. now that we are admitting that those who run along side of the protestors, and loot the stores and burn the stores as well as other places..   and now this year police cars and police stations.

We know we have domestic terrorist and they are us….  USA CITIZENS… Not you and I .. but from this nation… 

But to me.. what has started this time around.. I saw a rouge police officer who killed a citizen of Milwaukee, Minn.   He sat on his throat for 8+ minutes.. recorded by someone. We saw the officer with no emotion in his face, kneel on a citizens neck until he died.

While … while 3 of his fellow officers did nothing… did they say anything to him..not that was heard by anyone… until near the end when one of the officers asked the main officer, shouldn’t we turn him over…. And that officer replied NO…. they stood there, while the man cried out that he could not breathe… I believe 3 times he told the officers.  What kind of human being doesn’t do something?

So that officer with his fellow officers became judge and jury and proceeded with the death penalty. 

All of this ran in the back of my mind of 2006.. in Spokane, Washington.. very similar incident… a man gasping for breathe… the officers put a mask on him.. BUT DID NOT turn on the machine.. making the breathing even less.. he too cried out for breathe…

That officer went to jail for excessive force..  not murder..

OH, WHAT DID OTTO DO? To deserve this sentence?   He was seen by two girls at a ATM machine..  He stayed too long for them. And they were FEARFUL..  even though after a few minutes he moved on to the store that he went to every night … to buy a bottle of pop…. The girls saw where he went and told the police..  The police came in.. Otto stood there with the bottle of pop.. a quart size..  and some how a police officer with a gun and bully club felt threaten.. And he attacked the man.. his arm can been seen in the store video raising above the shelving.. as he beat OTTO several time.. and the other police joined in to hold him down on his stomach.. until he died…. With the air mask on..  OH, BY THE WAY.. OTTO? WAS MENTALLY CHALLENGED… AND from all that knew him.. was thought to be a kind soul… So for looking at a Atm machine too long, for holding a bottle of pop that he bought every night.. he died…Google it..  you will see..

Otto Zehm (1970–2006) was a man with a developmental disability from Spokane, Washington who died on March 20, 2006 during an altercation with police officer Karl F. Thompson Jr. ..Zehm committed no crime, and on May 30, 2006, the Spokane County coroner ruled the death a homicide.

There was protest.. but no where near the protest of today’s.. no where near the size mass of a black man being killed by police..   There were several people.. who called themselves THE FRIENDS OF OTTO… who protested at the time and at the time of the court proceedings… Which if I recalled right they switch to Moses Lake from Spokane, because they did not think the officer would get a fair trial..  The good news.. is while there was a slight try at covering it by the men of blue.. there were those who testified with the truth… and the police officer was found guilty and went to prison.

Will this same thing happen to Floyd’s officer ???..  who knows… 

But back to protest or not to protest…. 

I always figured that national protest is useless..   just like we have right now.

This happen in Minn… Do you think the people of Minn. care that a one horse town of Sandpoint protested?  Or a two horse town of Coeur d Alene  or even a 3 horse town of Spokane protested?  Hell no… 98% of the people of Minn. Don’t know there was one.. nor do they really know where Idaho is.. many think it is a misspelling of Iowa…  the 2% who may have read in the paper about, it  will take 2 seconds to say.. wow.. that is cool..  that is the total..

Do they care if Texas, or New York or any other town protested.. NO.. they are all wrapped up in their own protest and their own town.. maybe some will watch on tv to see the bigger places did.. but still it is not a factor in their protest. 

So there they are.. protesting.. along comes the domestic terrorist and burns their town stores.. their police station, their police cars..  their town..  The very places they went daily to shop.. Now they will have to go 5 to 10 miles to buy their groceries and all the rest of the stuff they got at Target and what ever other places.. And the small business that got robbed and burnt.. they will be gone.

Isn’t that kind of like shitting in your own bed? Come on people.. And the protestors did what? Ran? They sure didn’t take over and stop them. And the protestors out number them… there is only one domestic terrorist for every 10 protestors.. Why didn’t they stop them from burning their town?  And those terrorist?  They are gone .. gone.. gone..  maybe one or two get caught, but nothing..  Are they going to rebuild their stores and business?  NOT..  are they going tp pay taxes to replace the police station and cars.. NO..  the taxpayers are going to do that..  And the evidence in the police station GONE.. cases dismiss for lack of evidence…

So how much does it cost?  Protesting?  All those other states and cities who have the same situation?  Their business burnt and looted and they were not even involved with the state or the city that did the damage?  That started this whole thing.. COME ON PEOPLE .. WAKE UP…

You want to protest.. Protest local.. Check out YOUR TOWN.. is there things going on in YOUR TOWN.. that are WRONG?  Then you go to your mayor, your police dept.. meet with the Chief… AND THEN if you get no results.. then you walk a protest in YOUR TOWN.  You DO NOT burn or destroy anything in your town… Do not make innocent people.. businesses be punished.  You want to stop traffic ?? well, you can do that for 15 minutes.. no more…  instead come out in the streets and slow the traffic down so that one car can get thru at a time. To be honest, like all the rest of the protest.. nothing comes of it.. usually but at least you protested and let your mayor know..

In Seattle several years ago.. they did a several blocks blocked for hours.. During that time.. a woman’s father was found on the floor in a diabetic seizure because his daughter had not got home in time to give him his shot.. that was before cell phones where one could call a neighbor or who ever..  Another woman 5 children were home for hours .. because the baby sitter would leave a 6 knowing the mother was coming home by 10 after 6…  YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE in life .. so make sure no one else pays for your protesting…

To PROTEST OR NOT???  Do it local.. do it responsible… Don’t be the masses.. don’t do harm.. and other states don’t care.. if you are protesting for them… WAKE UP PEOPLE..

And all of the computer warriors who write hateful things.. you are part of the problem..  Try to be part of the solution..  be kind to your fellow person..KINDNESS doesn’t cost anything..  A THUG IS A THUG.. don’t make the innocent be their black or white.. pay the price..
