24 years and counting..

24 years and counting..

Actually it is more..  with the first 13 years of being together.. to add in with the 24 married ones..  we rack up 37 years…  That is a long time..  But I know quite few who have a LOT more than what we have.. 

And they have been good years.. We have had some lumps and bumps that we traveled together thru.. but with us having each other’s back, we have traveled well..   Never have had any problems between each other..   But I had already gone thru 2 others, so was kind of a pro.  Lol..  First one was a divorce, second one was the passing of my husband.  One of the reasons why I wasn’t rushing into another one.. so tried him out, test drove him… and decided to make an honest man out of him..  lol.   Some had to do with the fact there is a large distance of years between us.. me being the oldest. Didn’t want him to regret marrying an older gal.. But here we are.. 37 years and 24 of them legal … and we are still counting..  We drive each other crazy from time to time,   frustrate the hell out of each other a lot of the times.. but still worth the ride.  So HAPPY ANNIVERSARY SWEET GUY… THE KING..
