When you have a semi expiration date
on you, you start to think about what is
really important to you.
Semi expiration date is one where you
know the odds aren’t in your favor.
I am approaching 70 soon. So I know
the law of average is not in my favor.
Being the average female lives to 75,
then I have a semi expiration date of
5 more years. Maybe. Then again
I could go longer with good health
choices. But gene’s also play in
the deal too. And mine are mixed.
So as I get older, I think about what is
really important to me. The ones that
comes to mind is of course, my richness,.
family and friends…
But as the rest of the world goes by, I
know I am wasting time on dumb stuff.
And as they same about simple stuff…
It is all dumb stuff.
I am tired of worrying about how the
State is going to be run, I am tired of
worrying about how the Federal
Government is going to be run.
I can’t make any difference in either,
except by voting, which I will do until
I am too senile to know how to.
I want to just live my own life, and
do it well. I want to do things that are
fun. And do things that make my circle
of friends and family happy.

The Psalmist says:
Psa 90:10-12 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
11 Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
Numbering our days is easier as we age (I just passed 60), and it is wisdom to set priorities and live according to them. Blessings!
I love you, so dont snuff it to soon will ya :)

Take heart: your life expectancy at 69 or 70 is more than just the average at birth. The Social Security Administration's actuarial tables show the expectancy at birth getting close to 80 years now, and they figure someone who's 70 has more than 15 years to go.
