Summer is peeking thru
What
a beautiful weekend we had.. and now today is another high 70’s.
It
was sooooooooooooooo hot Sunday….. how hot was it? Hot enough we thought about and did get out
the hot tub. Got it aired up and filled with water, by Sunday night.. Then
Monday night.. the King was laying back and enjoying the heat on his back.
He
has been helping our grandson, sanding down a trailer that the grandson
bought. Needs lots of work. They took
out the wood floor that was rotted.. and now they are sanding off all the rust
areas and old paint. So the hot tub felt
pretty good to him last night.
Got
our hanging plants out on the pergola, so slowly but surely the yard is getting
summarized. And of course with that
comes.. yellow jackets.. The sticky type
traps I bought over at Home Depot are working GREAT!!! AND no there is no birds getting stuck by
them.. I bought 10 of them.. they come
with little cages now.. Got 4 up. And 4
hummingbird feeders, so bring it on.. summer..
have two.. Also Chi Chi is back
