The recent passed Healthcare bill has many things in
it. Most of those told to us by the media are pluses.
Yet, besides the way it is going to be paid for, the
thing that comes thru the loudest is the different
Governors and Attorney Generals who have rushed to
be the first to have sued the Federal Government over
the mandatory requirement of health insurance.
Calling it unconstitutional.
Which made me think…
Taxes, income taxes, taxes on products.
Taxes on services. Gas taxes.
What about drivers license? House permits,
Building permits?
How about insurance on your vehicles?
Aren’t all these the law? Are we not required…
mandated to pay?
Some of these are state requirements, some of them
Federal required… but required, never the less…
Mandatory of all.
So are all these unconstitutional? Why have the
AG of each state not sued to have each of these stopped?
This seems to be more bandy rooster politics to me.
