My parents taught me well…

My parents taught me well…

At this point of the game.. WHO CARES where the virus came from.. what one should be concern about is.. WHAT ARE YOU doing for yourself and your family..

I have caught flake for not being serious enough by family and friends..

Well, my parents went thru the depression, and all kinds of diseases, where hundreds of thousands died, as they were growing up.. They went thru WWII where everything was rationed for 4 years.. They went thru the 1950 panic people building bomb shelters in their back yards.. WHAT THEY TAUGHT ME.. is to stay calm.. take care of yourself and family, use common sense.. Not this screaming panic...with such low numbers of deaths... the Italians have it right.. they are staying home, but opening their windows and singing..

You want something to do? Extra clean your house.. wipe it down.. you don't need any fancy spray bottle.. use rags and pinesol or what ever of your choice.. (unless you are married to Mathra Stewart)
If the weather is good, do yard work, if you got kids.. find table games to play.. there is so much more for your mind to be on.. than this craziness…
What this will teach you .. and hopefully you will learn..  How people react to public problems.. You will learn which of your friends is really there for you? Or for the elderly.. being the ones in harms way is.. the elderly.  You will get to know the characterize of who you think you know.

And if you are one of the ones who got caught up in the hoarding of toilet paper and tissue… I hope your conscience has taken over… and you are looking around your family and neighbors for the elderly who couldn’t get down to the mob.. and GIVE them a pak of toilet paper and etc.. YES…GIVE it to them.. see they would have bought, if you all didn’t grab it.

And hopefully, stores will see it coming and shut down gross buying.. after all if they can limit me to two cans of Litehouse dressing… when there is a great sale.. they sure the heck should be able to limit toilet paper, cleaners and etc..

And hopefully I have instilled this into my children.. and they will in theirs...
